The Holding Company was formed in 2005 (located in New York, NY), and serves as the corporate office for the operating companies WIL Research Laboratories, LLC. (Ashland, Ohio), Biotechnics, Inc. (Hillsborough, NC), Notox B.V. ('s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands) and QS Pharma (Boothwyn, PA).

The organization is dedicated to scientific excellence and customer service and is focused primarily on early phase development programs for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemical industries.
